Ms. Pamela Lolley Frey, also known as Pam, served as an Executive Vice President of Consumer & Business Banking at Independent Bank Corp. and Rockland Trust Company, subsidiary of Independent Bank Corp. from April 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017. Ms. Frey oversees the Rockland Trust 's retail branches, business banking, premiere banking and customer information center. Prior to joining Rockland Trust, she served as Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking for CommunityOne Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. She headed the CommunityOne Bank's complete consumer banking team and branch network. She has more than 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, she held numerous leadership roles over the course of more than twenty years at Wachovia Bank and First Union. She served as Regional President of Greater Philadelphia & Delaware First Union. She served as Director of Banking & Digital Operations at Rockland Trust Company since June 4, 2017. She serves as Trustee of The Franklin Institute. Ms. Frey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Mathematics from Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
