- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I really feel like we are a people-oriented culture. We make space for socialization which is so important being remote first. We also value giving shout outs for hard work; it feels like your success if everyone's success. I trust that my mgmt is actually checking in to make sure I don't overwork.
- What are some of the best things about your team?I think it's really easy to be yourself. Some folks like to be a little more solo, others like to be more social and work collaboratively. I think our group can accommodate everyone. We're very understanding, patient, and value learning and growth.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?They really take the time to share what they're working on so the company doesn't feel siloed. For example, they hosted a call for anyone in the company to understand what seeking a round of funding looks like. I feel like our leadership is very approachable and authentic.
