I think amazing is what I will use for lack of a better word. The culture is friendly and my favorite thing is that I have control of my time. I don't feel micromanage. We are from various backgrounds and continents but there is a bond and friendship that is strong. I also like the transparency.

You do not need to be afraid to speak up or share your ideas, the environment encourages you to be bold and to keep learning so growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are super helpful, always try to provide solution and give a hand when needed. My role requires collaboration and assistance and they are always willing to help. "Global team" is another great because we live in different parts and have different experiences to share as well as learn from.
