Mr. James L. Laufman has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Infinera Corporation since October 20, 2014. Mr. Laufman served as the Vice President and General Counsel of Marvell Technology Group Ltd./Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., which he joined in 2008. He served as Vice President, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Integrated Device Technology, Inc. from 1999 to 2008. Mr. Laufman was responsible for managing the legal affairs of IDT, including SEC filings, contracts, litigation and licensing. He has a strong mix of both business and legal experience that enables him to provide sound and practical advice to Integrated Device Technology Inc. He served at Quantum Corp. as Corporate Counsel for one year. He served as Vice President and General Counsel at Rohm Corporation from 1994 to 1998. From 1990 to 1994, he was an Associate Attorney at the Berliner, Cohen and Popelka, Allard law firms specializing in the litigation and resolution of commercial transaction matters. Mr. Laufman received a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a bachelor of science in business administration and finance from California State University, Chico.
