The CEO is very well liked and respected. He has an open door policy, makes smart business decisions, and trusts his employees.
How's the work life balance at Infinisource?
The balance is up to the worker. One can get their work done during the day if they work hard and consistently. Occasionally there are times where extra effort and time are needed, but I've never had a job where that is not the case.
