The corporate leadership is fine. It is the local owner that is demotivating, demeaning and unpleasant.

Healthcare and profit sharing, vacation time
It's great and it's a great company the car is really look very exotic and they move very fast and I love the sound

What are some of the best things about your team?
I haven't met my team yet but I will in the future I work from behind the scenes
We talk to each other and always work things out. I love this family so much.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not team oriented. This was 2010, things could be different now
The team here at the dealership is fine. It is the owner and his top minion who are demotivating and demeaning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A great future with successful cars maybe one day Infinity might have my design technology of flying cars
everyone is loved and included and sometimes we have parties and we invite weird people too.
We value our customers, we have loan cars, free car washes, we value our employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
This sub ownership under corporate shouldn't be allowed.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewing process is very easy just have to have successful cars and successful card designs
They ask about your background and i love that since I have a clean background
Lots of friendly people- but i feel misled.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like appreciation from the owner. Long distance owner needs to go. Never a thank you- Only negativity. He even watches security cameras and asks why you aren't at your desk. Previous employees were unprofessional and caused chaos, yet she was sent flowers.
