What do you like best about the leadership team?
CEO truly cares about the people first and has monthly update calls to keep everyone on the same page. All executives speak about their different areas including our diversity an community projects which is great. They are all very attentive and helpful.
Open, Honest and Approachable. They will admit when they need to alter course and are always trying to improve.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Matching 401k at a staffing agency is unheard of and we have one.
Commissions are great if you hustle but that is all sales roles you get what you put in in. They are on a steady growth path though.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people are here to work and understand its not a hand out job. You need to put in the effort to get results and work on your craft every day. Recruiting is not easy and most of the team knows that.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you are looking to earn and grow the culture and environment are excellent. if that is not what you want it will eat you up.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The local Manager was honest about the job and how tough it can be. I was not surprised by the first year of struggle.
Everyone was honest about how hard sales could be.

What makes you most happy at work?
we are in office twice a week and many companies are not. I personally love going in to build relationships with the newer team members because I need to, it ensures my future success.
We help people so that is number one, but the team is great and always so full of energy
