Tech salaries are extremely competitive so it's not surprising that somebody who has not recently switched companies would be below market rate. I think that increasing transparency would make me feel better about this.

We haven't had any official discussions about pay raises. It's more like "You get what you asked for for the rest of your life." No known means of additional equity. No bonuses (not terribly atypical for a VC funded startup, I suppose). 401k matching would be nice.
