Truly a great place to work.
They are all accessible, at all times, by every associate at the organization. They are open to ideas, listen to associate feedback and encourage open-dialogue.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very diverse, open and supportive
A diligent, focused team, who is sold on the mission for the department. Everyone in the team including the senior manager contributes towards the work and the goals, and its a win-win for everyone. No limelight hogging, fair recognition amongst team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on people centricity is very clear from top to bottom
an open culture and environment that promotes sharing knowledge, seeking guidance when necessary, raising issues and providing feedback, and rewarding and recognizing key character traits that make one a successful associate at an organization. Lots of employee-centric events like Retreat and ICAN.

Our mission to help our customers become data-driven
When our work delights the customers. When we see and hear great feedback from our customers. It feels special for the work to be recognized by end-customer. The impact of our work is a big factor as well, with customers sharing success stories due to our deliverables.
