What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very humble and ego-free management. No politics whatsoever.
The leadership team is truly transparent. There's no question off limits and they always err on the side of sharing more than less.
Our leadership team is people centered. They trust people and encourage them to do the right things.
They are responsive to questions that are emailed or dialed in.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get choices in my financial goals
salary is good. Management uses a comparative study to assess salaries. They are around the mid range of compensation for similar sized companies in the bay area.
I decide what my benefits are .. am an independent contractor.

team spirit and friendly intelligent people
I love that everyone is willing to help each other. No matter your role, title or tenure, everyone wants to help.
there is a group forum and people can jump in with issues or sharing.
