Training was awesome! However, after getting into production you realize that it is more stressful than it needs to be. The benefits are okay if you need basic insurance but personally I do not see real growth or benefits. I do not like to feel as though I work pay check to pay check.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are good at recognition and events.

Coworkers are doing great for what we are given.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was personally hired the same day so I did not have to come back for a second and third interview or wait to know if I was accepted or not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Taking into consideration experience and educational level when being compensated. If it was as easy to get incentives, then more people would get it. That expectation was not clearly or realistically detailed while in training.
