Fun, supportive, cares about their people

This is place where you get to come to work as yourself and do work that is meaningful. The people and culture are what keeps me coming in everyday.

So far so good. Quick to promote you if you do your job well

Training was awesome! However, after getting into production you realize that it is more stressful than it needs to be. The benefits are okay if you need basic insurance but personally I do not see real growth or benefits. I do not like to feel as though I work pay check to pay check.

Usually responds quickly and does try to work with you if there is ever and issue.

I dont feel undervalued, but the pay isn't enough to pay your bills.

Taking into consideration experience and educational level when being compensated. If it was as easy to get incentives, then more people would get it. That expectation was not clearly or realistically detailed while in training.

Our company does not even have meetings to hear how we feel. They only have meetings to tell us everything we do wrong.
