I've been working here close to 9 years, the account I was working for decided to end their contract due to outsourcing. I thought Inktel would accommodate something better after essentially losing my job, but I was offered an interview at the company I already work for, less hours, less money.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are nice. That's pretty much it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team members are hard working people, it's the upper management who undervalues us and believes we are easily replacement or easy to let go.
