Mr. Ronald C. Provenzano, also known as Ron, serves as General Counsel of Merchandise Mania Ltd. Mr. Provenzano has been General Counsel at InnerWorkings Inc. since September 2012 and has been its Corporate Secretary since March 2015. He served as the Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of Huron Consulting Group Inc. since May 2004 and as its Deputy General Counsel from 2003 to 2004. He served as Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of Huron Consulting Group LLC since May 2004. From 1999 to 2003, he was Vice President and Associate General Counsel of True North Communications, where he was in charge of litigation and regulatory affairs, including management of disputes and government investigations for True North and its worldwide subsidiaries. Following True Norths merger with Interpublic Group, he served as division counsel for the Chicago office of Interpublics Foote, Cone & Belding subsidiary. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Provenzano practiced at Kirkland & Ellis, where he was a partner from 1997 to 1998. He served as Executive Officer of InnerWorkings Inc. since February 2013 and Senior Vice President from January 2005 to August 2012. He has a JD from University of Illinois College of Law and BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign.
