Mark Santangelo — Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Engineering and EH&S at Innophos Holdings

Mr. Mark Santangelo has been Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Engineering and EH&S at Innophos Holdings, Inc. since May 1, 2017. Mr. Santangelo has responsibility for Innophos' global manufacturing, engineering and EH&S organizations across all business lines. He has more than 30 years of international operations, manufacturing and technology experience in the specialty chemicals industries and has led manufacturing processes and operations for food, health and nutrition related products, including with regulated manufacturing processes. He has a proven track record of effectively transforming global manufacturing footprints to increase value and optimize cost and has extensive M&A experience. Mr. Santangelo served as Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain Chemicals at Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. since January 6, 2016 until May 6, 2016. Mr. Santangelo served as Vice President of Global Operations & Supply Chain/ Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Arizona Chemical Company, LLC since December 2014 until 2016. At Arizona Chemical, Mr. Santangelo successfully elevated the supply chain organization to higher levels and improved manufacturing capabilities and efficiencies for profitable growth. From 1981 to 2014, he worked at Ashland, Inc., where he served as Vice President of Global Supply Chain. He successfully led the Supply Chain due diligence and integration processes for several acquisitions, including Hercules, Inc. and International Specialty Products (ISP), as well as the Ashland Water Technology divestiture. Prior that assignment, he served as Global Manufacturing Director and has held numerous leadership roles within Ashland. Mr. Santangelo earned both an M.S. and B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Villanova University.
