Th best co-operation and co-ordination one can get.
Support and guidance is always a key element that I see my leaders occupied with. And it gives a good feel to have such leadership.
Support, teamwork, and all-time assistance are what my leader inherit within her. She is standing upon us like an angel guardian which makes us feel even safer and lets us work in confidence.
They support and they guide rather than yelling and filtering out the mistakes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Although they are good, I recommend involvement of the leads. They are quite flexible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
salary is the best part of compensation

Friendly behaviour, and over all good in every aspect.
co-ordination, supportive, flexible and casual environment!
Its not only work. We get into a get together, have fun Friday, Festive celebrations! For females, we have strict facility for any misbehaves, maternity leaves and much more!

Understanding the candidate rather than staying in fundamentals.

Virtual interviews are taken and the behaviour of the interviewer was polite and humble.
The interview was held butterly smooth. The interviewer was polite and helpful and answered all my queries. And after the first round the second round was done at very short period. The onboarding process was smooth and they did all formalities in best possible way.

At least 3 rounds with necessary department should be there

Management and involvement. Although many tiny bit elements can be changed such as incentive structure could be changed. But that is no issue because it is already being amended!
