Bert?Bean?is the CEO of Insight Global, an industry-leading talent solutions company named a Best Place to Work for Women by Fortune for four years running. The company has over 5,000 employees across 70 offices worldwide, employs more than 30,000 consultants and supports over 3,000 customers. Mr. Bean is a 19-year veteran of the staffing industry, starting his time with Insight Global as an entry level recruiter. As CEO, he has led the expansion of new business units, including Insight Global Health and Compass, an initiative which aids clients in company cultural transformation, leadership development, and talent management strategy. He has also transformed Insight Global’s company vision and accelerated its commitment to social equity. Under his counsel, Insight Global hired its first director of DE&I to start a division that solely focuses on the implementation of diverse practices for employees and clients.
