They work minors over hours and during school. Without notice they have put me on a leave of absence for 3 weeks no pay for no valid reason except i wasn't 18 after already hiring me and working for the past year.

They need to hire people who are actually intrested in keeping a happy staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes they had made me work since i was 16 year old and the hours would be as late as 1:30am on a school day or during school.
