What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are willing to get into the details. They have time to speak to managers and guide them on vision and methodology. They are never distant from the operations.
They take feedback very seriously and always pay attention to the team members. No "bossy" managing styles.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Quickly adapt to the new global settings that we have applied Work From Anywhere and Unlimited Leave policies
Being able to work from anywhere! Reimbursements for wellbeing activities, and also sponsorships for taking courses.

They are smart and friendly
Being remote allows us to reach so many more different cultures and types of people with fresh perspectives. We are diverse but working toward a common goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is the offering of support. And examples from leadership of asking for support. We are never so over-confident as to think we have everything figured out.
EACH culture: Excellence- Autonomy- Courage- Humbleness
The community and also the values, are a huge part of Inspectorio and keeps everyone on the same page. Everybody is helpful, respectful, and agile.

What did you like most about the interview process?
You never know what may get you hired. Be ready to present your best self in all aspects, not just what you think Inspectorio may be 'looking for.' We are addressing problems in a new way, meaning we need a unique set of rockstarts to solve these problems.
Flexible and short processing time. I finished all interview rounds and got my offer within 5 days.
Various interviews with HR, managers, and CEO. Relatively fast to respond after an interview.
