What do you like best about the leadership team?
Supportive, helpful, continued education, caring, teamwork.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Adminstration consists of extremist-level religious individuals that cater to their shareholders only. Shareholders consist of local government officials and news stations. Violating labor laws, federal discrimination laws, and committing Medicare and other healthcare fraud.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their health insurance forces you to only be able to utilize Inspira physicians. Inspira physicians are usually right out of residency.
