What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my roll, I get a lot of face time with Leadership and with Executives and I feel very thankful for that because they are always looking to help and to encourage me to grow

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The FAM trip which is free
Being able to travel like a rock star and the PTO policy.
Free vacations for every employee and great health care.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm an account manager and make almost half as much as my friends in similar roles
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a family and we have one anothers backs
Trust between all employees. Everyone feels that they work with above average workers.
