Training and development. They're teaching method is watching videos but I wasnt allowed to ask questions as everything and everything is on confluence apparently

I left the job after HR was being biased when I raised any issues/complaints

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Peers help out when needed. Management doesn't like people helping each other as to say everything is given common sense to their bad CRM platform
