The product is great. It is a burn you out kind of sales environment. There is a disconnect between management and the field constantly. Its a very tough place to find work life balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Half of my team is supportive and make coming to work easy. The newer hired folks are inexperienced and it shows with their professionalism.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Create a fair pay scale that is based on the revenue a territory brings in. Bring in outside leadership to make up for the stale leaders currently leading teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I bring 250 new starts i make the same as some who brings in 80 new starts. I work 3x as much and have a much greater risk of missing out on commission being a large territory. Very unfair
