What do you like best about the leadership team?
Always there to listen and take ideas seriously

What is the best part about your compensation package?
My Pay range and bonus
Bonuses - except you may not be evaluated fairly because evaluation criteria is inconsistent and not always based on the correct things
it is fair for beginer
Annual bonus provides incentive to help company reach its goals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I bring 250 new starts i make the same as some who brings in 80 new starts. I work 3x as much and have a much greater risk of missing out on commission being a large territory. Very unfair
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together as a team
Developers and testers are creative and committed
Half of my team is supportive and make coming to work easy. The newer hired folks are inexperienced and it shows with their professionalism.

They are all smart people willing to help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
One, there are many employees, particularly Team Leads and Supervisors that do not belong in their roles for various reasons, which can make the work environment more difficult.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Giving the best effort to produce
Most people are passionate and dedicated to the mission
Not too much to say in a positive sense about Insulet's culture/environment.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Create a fair pay scale that is based on the revenue a territory brings in. Bring in outside leadership to make up for the stale leaders currently leading teams.
We need ti keep up with global business ops And digital HCP engagement.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honestly, Insulet's work environment is toxic. Favoritism is rampant, unqualified individuals promoted, Zero leadership since the CEO retired at the end of 2018, we've even seen former employee's being harassed, much of it being instigated by a few Team Leads/Management, to the disgust of the team
