- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Create a fair pay scale that is based on the revenue a territory brings in. Bring in outside leadership to make up for the stale leaders currently leading teams.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?We need ti keep up with global business ops And digital HCP engagement.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?If I bring 250 new starts i make the same as some who brings in 80 new starts. I work 3x as much and have a much greater risk of missing out on commission being a large territory. Very unfair
