Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

401-K is not matched by my employer. Up to 3% of my salary would be nice. As the controller, I do not receive any bonuses, however, if the agents meet or exceed goals they receive bonuses because of their "hard" work. What I feel is not understood, They produce more, I must produce more.
