Fairness, communication, understanding that you can't continue to pile work on people that are already overloaded. Most people hate thier job, many actively looking to get out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are many paid holidays and summer houts
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make the least out of anyone I know. They always come up with BS reasons why the raises are low.
