What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is great most of the time but overall nothing to brag about. HR is only looking out fot the company and not its employees.

Integrity, accountability, management, communication, listening
Treating employes like human beings. Respect people. Listening to what employees can do to help company succeed

You get paid.. Not much than that

What are some of the best things about your team?
I havr a great group of colleagues but we are all in the same situation. Underpaid and all fighting for the few opportunities that become available.
We interact each other. Helpeach other. Laugh and work together. We treat each other with respect.
