What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is great most of the time but overall nothing to brag about. HR is only looking out fot the company and not its employees.

I havr a great group of colleagues but we are all in the same situation. Underpaid and all fighting for the few opportunities that become available.
We interact each other. Helpeach other. Laugh and work together. We treat each other with respect.

Taking care of patients. We suppose to have a team oriented environments
