What do you like best about the leadership team?
Wonderful people motivated by success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to stop acting like a boys' club. They pick favorites and it shows.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our commission rates are dramatically above market, our healthcare coverage is top tier and base salary is enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are expected to work 50 - 60 hours a week with little reward. They offer little support during rough patches but praise you when you're up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is great and friendly but it feels like college frat vibes.
Great people who work hard.
Our team has unbelievable chemistry. We are willing to fill in for each other, share ideas to improve, and even share roles and commission. Kaleb has built an unbelievable and flat company culture that I'm lucky to be a part of.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team would push you to succeed and collaborate on strategies.
We celebrate every win as an entire company. We might be remote, but we find time to chat as a full company at least twice a week. We are always pushing one another while keeping confidence and morale high.

The people I work with and the opportunity to grow every single day. I have the opportunity to take on such a wide range of responsibilities and my skillset has improved tremendously in the year that I have been here.
