I've worked in a variety of roles, and have learned a lot. I stress the fact that there's always quite a bit of worry since Integrity always does a lot of layoffs post-peak.

Everyone is driven towards a common goal, which is nice to see each day.

I enjoy helping others, from helping a candidate get a job to assisting a colleague, these things make me happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the staffing industry pays about 10% less than other operations positions of a similar nature, Integrity could do better to address cost of living increases.
