Overall, my experience has been exceptional. I feel I am able to make a positive impact to support our employees. I have also learned a lot and grown from my experiences with the company.

I've worked in a variety of roles, and have learned a lot. I stress the fact that there's always quite a bit of worry since Integrity always does a lot of layoffs post-peak.

While the leadership cares, the annual turnover post-peak creates a culture of paranoia.

The company matches made to employee HSA and 401k programs. The PTO policy is also very generous.

While the staffing industry pays about 10% less than other operations positions of a similar nature, Integrity could do better to address cost of living increases.

Got to meet with a variety of leaders and team members

Interviewing for associate roles is very simple. Interviewing for base-level staff positions is average. Interviewing for leadership roles could possibly be seen as difficult. We ask a lot of tough questions to ensure we bring the right person into the team.
