I love working for a company that really wants to help people. We have numerous programs and opportunities in place to support our associates and our staff. Project, strategies, and decisions are centered around advocating for our employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interviewing for associate roles is very simple. Interviewing for base-level staff positions is average. Interviewing for leadership roles could possibly be seen as difficult. We ask a lot of tough questions to ensure we bring the right person into the team.
