Integrity is committed to sustainability. We have implemented a number of different energy- and resource-saving measures in our offices. We encourage our employees to conserve and recycle. In addition, we support the use of electronic communication in place of paper and are actively developing technology that further reduces paper waste across our industry.
> Integrity promotes recycling with recycling bins in prominent locations throughout office buildings.
Integrity believes in protecting the environment. Along with our efforts to reduce waste through proprietary technology, we support balanced initiatives that aim to preserve and protect vital natural resources. Everyone should have clean air to breathe, clean water to drink, and pristine spaces to visit and enjoy. We're committed to doing our part. Specific Environmental efforts include:
> Integrity utilizes Iron Mountain for shredding.
> When relocating our Shared Services office in 2021, leadership considered commute times of employees and access to available public transportation before selecting a LEED certified building in downtown Dallas, Texas.
> Integrity has a business continuity and disaster recovery plan which takes into account potential climate-related risks.
Integrity gives back. We have established the Integrity Foundation — a 501(c)(3) charity that harnesses the collective resources of our family of companies to promote meaningful change and improve the health and wellbeing of others. Additionally, every Integrity employee is given two days off per year to perform personal service in their communities. This means up to 88,000 volunteer hours can be used to make a difference in the communities of our Integrity family members.
