What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Most of the leadership team have no business or leadership skills, so the departments are in chaos. Only thing keeping them going is an influx of cash from the owners are customers taking time to find better products
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overworked due to employees leaving for better compensation. We hear about salary reviews but nothing changes.
