What do you like best about the leadership team?
Can be transparernt but very verbose.
The leadership team keeps us informed of important timelines and updates within the company. They have a future vision and I personally believe Intellia will be a great success.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Online presence & LinkedIn activity - biotech is a small world, but a lot of people in my network have never heard of us and don't know what we do. They are always surprised to learn that there is a local biotech with over 250 employees that they've never heard of.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitve and stock builds well over time
The compensation package is great in general, health packages, shutdowns 3 times a year and stock options are the best in the company.
Besides the competitive base salary, our medical benefits - our BCBS PPO has a really low employee premium and really great coverage.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collaborative and willing to share and implement changes to any problems that might persist.
Fast paced, excited about science, helpful
Everyone on my team is extremely knowledgeable in their areas, but self-aware enough to admit when we don't know enough about a topic. No one is afraid to roll up their sleeves, help is available when needed, and we all trust each other to work hard and get things done.

Do their job more and speak less
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is oneness and celebrates diversity. It helps you explore and contribute to the future of medicine
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Smarter people, less verbise meetings

The quick turnaround from HR and very streamlined interview process.
