What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It is a friendly, energetic, and highly motivating culture.

All Hands meetings, a collaborative work environment, quarterly outings. Love the office.

ID certainly cares about it's culture. Although it's always a work in progress, I can feel a positive, quirky, and fun culture within the office every day. People truly care about one another. We aren't perfect, but we strive to be and when something is broken we fix it.
