Executive Bio
Karen is the newest member of IntelliSoft’s leadership team, joining us in October 2018. She has been serving the healthcare industry for over 20 years working at Emerson Hospital in Concord, MA – a full-service, 179-bed medical center with over 600 primary care doctors and specialists.
During her tenure at Emerson, she worked in various capacities within fiscal services, quality, education and credentialing. Most of her time was spent in credentialing where her role evolved over the years. Achieving successful regulatory reviews as well as co-leading the implementation of a new credentialing software tool, Karen continuously set a high standard for excellence. In addition, one of her most significant accomplishments was creating a standardized medical education program for the hospital. Throughout this three-year project, she worked closely with the hospital’s Director of Medical Education and the Massachusetts Medical Society. The ultimate result was a six-year re-accreditation cycle
