We are always willing to help each other out, and we have a ton of fun playing video games at lunch time

While I love all parts of my job, being able to play games with my co workers during lunch time is my favorite part of the day
What did you like most about the interview process?
They provided a good balance between helping me understand what would be expected of me, letting me know what I could expect from them, and gauging my experience to see if I was a good fit for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Probably the trust we put in each other. If someone needs to take a few minutes to clear their head, no one judges them or thinks of it as slacking off. We all understand that everyone has their way of doing their best work, and its nice that we don't force any system on it.
