Probably the trust we put in each other. If someone needs to take a few minutes to clear their head, no one judges them or thinks of it as slacking off. We all understand that everyone has their way of doing their best work, and its nice that we don't force any system on it.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The people who interviewed me, now my leadership, were very interested in my previous experience in related technology areas and asked good, non-trick questions. They made me feel very excited about the opportunity to work for Intellivision.
