I took a pay cut to join the company. While I don't have a Masters in Nursing my experience in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing is greater than anyone on my team, including my supervisors.
Bonuses only happen once a year, this causes an issue for those who start at different times. Also Pay does not match average rates in the Boston area. I however knew this going in and accepted the job.
