Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Nothing, will just have to prove my worth

I feel as though with how insane inflation is, we should all get a pay increase of some sort.

I don't believe I'm compensated appropriately given current market rates

I think the base rate of pay for this position is low and could benefit from a $3-$4 increase

I do not feel undervalued

I think a 10% increase would be fair as well as more paid time off like 25 days a year if they are not offering sick time.

I am paid lower than those in similar roles in the market

I took a pay cut to join the company. While I don't have a Masters in Nursing my experience in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing is greater than anyone on my team, including my supervisors.

Bonuses only happen once a year, this causes an issue for those who start at different times. Also Pay does not match average rates in the Boston area. I however knew this going in and accepted the job.

Base salary is below market average; I'm getting close to leaving due to this. Benefits are OK, 401k requires working with the company for a year and then it's a quarterly signup so I can't sign up for a 401k until 15 months after I started.

I think being asked what my salary expectations were before I was prepared to answer and the expected salary was kept hidden until the last moment which was odd for a brand like IntelyCare. But I'm looking forward to talking about a raise in the future and I don't think they will be unreasonable
