Not sure if there's a best part per se, as I am very thankful and happy with everything, and most importantly, I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to grow with IntelyCare!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make our IntelyPros happy with my coaching calls on a daily basis makes me happy because I know that it helps propel our IntelyPros to be the best they can as valued frontline workers/healthcare professionals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never worked at a start-up before, so the environment at first glance took me some getting used to. Over the past 3 years, I've come to love the environment and the culture, and the biggest positive for me is how diverse IntelyCare is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at IntelyCare is one that I appreciate a lot because they take the time to understand each employee's work ethic, what their personalities are like, and how those come into play together in the workplace. They are super personable, and I honestly appreciate that.
