I really feel like everyone cares about each other as people. We care about the well-being of not only the company, but the people that make up the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love owning a project, and then getting to share it with the rest of the team. I am enthused by working on things that affect multiple parts of the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is extremely collaborative and very independent. We each have our own "swim lane" and are deep in an area of expertise. This allows us to take ownership, as well as work together to accomplish initiatives as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is extremely approachable and transparent. A lot of companies tout transparency as a reason they're unique, but unfortunately, they aren't. IntelyCare truly is. Additionally, the leadership team has fostered an atmosphere where everyone works together as a part of a single team.
