Lawrence F. Shay Esq. — Chief Intellectual Property Counsel and Senior Executive Vice President of Future Wireless at InterDigital

Mr. Lawrence F. Shay, Esq. has been the President of Patent Holding Subsidiaries for InterDigital, Inc. (formerly known as InterDigital Communications Corporation) since January 2008 and has been its Chief Intellectual Property Counsel since January 18, 2008. Mr. Shay serves as Senior Executive Vice President of Future Wireless at InterDigital, Inc. and served as its Executive Vice President of Intellectual Property since January 18, 2008. Mr. Shay is responsible to InterDigital's patent licensible for overseeing all activities pertaining business, including managing its intellectual property assets, negotiating and administering license agreements and supervising IPR-related litigations. He serves as Officer of Integrated Communication Networks, Inc. He served as the Chief of Government Affairs of InterDigital, Inc. from May 2005 to March 31, 2008, General Counsel from November 2001 to March 31, 2008, Vice President from November 2001 to January 1, 2004, Corporate Secretary from November 2001 to September 2004 and also served as its Chief Legal Officer until January 2008. He joined InterDigital in 2001. He served as a Member of Health Services Board at Crozer-Keystone Health System Inc. Before InterDigital, he served as General Counsel of U.S. Interactive Inc. from June 1999 to June 2001, Secretary from September 1999 to June 2001, Executive Vice President from September 2000 to June 2001 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs from June 1999 to September 2000. Prior to June 1999, Mr. Shay was a partner in the corporate group of Dilworth Paxson LLP, a major Philadelphia law firm, from 1985 to 1999. He serves as Member of Health Services Board at Crozer-Keystone Health System. He earned his Law Degree with honors from the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia in 1983. Mr. Shay is a 1980 magna cum laude graduate of Saint Joseph's University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
