Communicate with the team and not micro-manage
They need to actually care about the employees and not just talk and act like they do. They need to communicate better with lower level employees.
I have 40years a work experience and 23 years old are paid the same amount that I am.
I have over 30 years of experience in the work field and I am paid minimum wage. New younger people come in with no college and get paid more.
Co-workers need to not throw you under the bus. They need to take responsibility when they do something wrong. Trust is a real issue with all of my co-workers.
Stop talking about other co-workers and stop throwing people under the bus. Take ownership. Admit if you make a mistake.
Co-workers need to be trustworthy to not only other co-workers but to the manager. Management needs to communicate better and deal with issues not put a band-aid on them.
Communication with the employees from upper management. To actually care about people overall.

The restructuring that is about to happen with job titles is going to pit co-workers against each other when there is already animosity amongst co-workers. It feels like high school all over again.
The company says they are going to change things and it never happens. They talk about implementing positive processes but it never happens. Make things happen.
