Mr. Robert K. Vincent, also known as Bob, has been an Executive Vice President for Administrative Services and External Relations at IGT (Australia) Pty. Limited since July 16, 2016. Mr. Vincent has been an Executive Vice President for Administrative Services and External Relations at International Game Technology PLC (IGT PLC) since July 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs at International Game Technology PLC until July 2016 and International Game Technology. He was responsible for global organizational development and people management as well as internal and external corporate communications. He was also involved in selected business development projects as well as support activities in compliance, investor relations, marketing communications and government relations. Additionally, he leads GTECH's corporate social responsibility efforts. He served as a Vice President of Corporate Affairs at GTECH Holdings Corporation. He served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Communications at International Game Technology PLC. He has been affiliated with GTECH for over 20 years, having served as an External Consultant and Vice President of Business Development for Dreamport, GTECH's former gaming and entertainment subsidiary and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs for GTECH S.p.A. He served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs at GTECH Corporation. Before joining GTECH, he was a Senior Partner at RDW Group, a regional advertising and public relations company in Rhode Island. He also served in senior policy and administrative positions in Rhode Island government including the Governor's Office, Secretary of State's Office and the Providence Mayor's Office. In addition, he has led community and government affairs efforts at Brown University. Active in the community, he serves on the Family Service of Rhode Island Board of Directors, Hasbro Children's Hospital Advisory Board, the URI Foundation Executive Committee and the URI Harrington School of Advisory Board. He serves as an Emeritus Trustee of Trinity Repertory Company. Mr. Vincent received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
