Been a humanitarian and working this harsh environment with bless pay sacrifice time,energy yet surving the needy refugee as host community in some few occasions
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary to be increased because of very vert high fluctuations for the last 4 to 5 years, the medical benefits increases,as well the means of transportation access to be made easy
