What do you like best about the leadership team?
The humanitarianism volunteerness, quick response to field level especially i mean executive at field office
Overall very nice individuals that are easy to get along with
The team in South Sudan respects International Medical Corps' Code of conducts (COCs) hence leading to respectful working relations. And this is what makes me stick to IMC South Sudan.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be emphatic and works with compassion
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health plan and retirement. Those are the best part
It is competitive and fair. Good secondary benefits as well.
Social Insurance contribution is a great Idea.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary to be increased because of very vert high fluctuations for the last 4 to 5 years, the medical benefits increases,as well the means of transportation access to be made easy
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are the best. We share our experiences, achieves and frustrations
Good team spirit,punctual,forcused,trustworthy & humane
My team is just, open and a happy one.

Yes the culture is respected but the environment is not conducive

Been a humanitarian and working this harsh environment with bless pay sacrifice time,energy yet surving the needy refugee as host community in some few occasions
