David Bronczek — Independent Director at International Paper Company

Mr. David J. Bronczek, also known as Dave, has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of FedEx Corporation since February 1, 2017. Mr. Bronczek served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of FedEx Express Corporation from January 2000 to February 1, 2017. Mr. Bronczek served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of FedEx Express Corp. from January 1998 to January 2000 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa from June 1995 to January 1998, Senior Vice President of Europe, Africa and Mediterranean from June 1993 to June 1995 and Vice President of Canadian Operations from February 1987 to March 1993. Mr. Bronczek graduated from the Kent State University in 1976 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
