What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are lost of advantages in my current compensation package which includes the health insurance and the work environment

Annual raise based on evaluation
Wide scope and available promptly.
Say everything is just cool. I have learnt to appreciate small things so i find this a good one

I think some one is getting paid higher
Sometimes a good compliment is a great compensation that makes you push yourself a lot better
if our salary paid in dollar its better

My team has made up of kindhearted and compassionate individuals who go the extra mile

I my team we work under the concept of all for one. If a team member had a project and feels overwhelmed we all jump in to help, without waiting for an acknowledgment from the leading team. We do it because we care about the work to be done perfectly and about the member of the team.

What i liked most were the questions. they allowed me to showcase my skills, experience and personality, as well as learn more about the company, the role and the team. I also appreciated the feedback and communication that I received throughout the process
